2-13-24 Rental Needed – I am a senior at MSU studying business management, and I am also on the pre-dentistry tract. I am looking for housing for the fall semester, starting in August. Though I am graduating in the spring, I will need to come back in August to take 2 additional courses to finish up my pre-dentistry classes. I will be working out of the state as a fisherman in Alaska over the summer, and I won’t need housing until August. If there is anyone with an extra room or ADU that they are willing to rent out, I would love to connect with them.

Technically two bedrooms are open, you choose which one you want and the other will be used as a spare/storage/office. Additionally, you will get your own bathroom. The house also has a small back patio for BBQ and a garage which is currently used for storage and is occasionally used for working on cars, mountain bikes, etc.

I’m looking for someone like myself, a working professional who is neat and tidy, respectful, and responsible. I prefer someone looking for a more long term spot, but the lease is month to month.
