Office & HR Coordinator

This position will be responsible for various areas, including managing the Journey Church office, HR support, and providing administrative assistance and support to staff members as needed.

  • Manage the Front Desk during open office hours – Monday-Thursday 9am-12pm  
  • Stock and coordinate coffee, snacks and meals for office and special events as needed  
  • Maintain inventory and purchase office supplies 
  • Provide administrative support with HR and accounting tasks, staff members and ministry teams, as needed and requested.  
  • Manage the budget associated with ministry area 
  • Other duties as assigned
