Event Production Coordinator

Journey Church is seeking a detail-oriented, technically skilled Event Production Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role primarily focuses on owning the technical execution of all church and community events hosted in our facility, serving as a friendly, helpful, and accommodating point of contact for the technical needs of events using our space. 

Because event volume fluctuates, the majority of your weekly hours will be spent preparing for our Sunday worship gatherings, working on AVL integration/maintenance projects, and helping shepherd our volunteer production team alongside our Production Director. This role also provides essential scheduling flexibility for the department, including occasionally leading Sunday services to allow the Director time off. The ideal candidate has a passion for technical excellence, a heart for ministry, and thrives in a dynamic team environment.

Facilities Staff

Journey Church is hiring for two part-time facility positions. The people in this role help create a welcoming and inviting space for Journey Church ministries and community events at The Commons. This includes setting up and tearing down for these events, cleaning, and light maintenance. This position provides flexible hours.
