First Impressions Coordinator

Lead First Impressions Teams (Greeters, Coffee, Ushers, Security, Medical, Prayer, Parking Teams) and train, encourage, and support staff in developing their volunteer teams. Sunday morning availability is required. Part-Time position 20 hours per week. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate/Schedule weekend volunteers for First Impressions Teams 
  • Recruit, train & develop volunteers
  • Oversee the guest experience by building a comfortable environment with clear direction 
  • Order and maintain supplies for Sunday morning hospitality 
  • Manage the budget associated with ministry area 
  • Other duties as assigned
